I have taken on some commissions to design and build websites using Google Apps. As these sites are hosted by Google, running costs are very low (just $10 per year for the domain name). After the initial setup of the sites, I have then provided training materials to enable the customer to update the sites themselves.
These websites can also be designed to incorporate email, calendar and information on traffic to the site.
